Sisko works French couverture into its chocolates at a studio in Trentham, in the Macedon Ranges, where the café pours a signature hot chocolate sphere and the counter runs to the orb collection, clusters, disks and bars. Alongside the chocolate are workshops and a Journey of Cacao session, making it as much somewhere to spend an hour as to buy a box. The studio anchors a small group of Sisko shops across Trentham, Kyneton and Daylesford.
