Enrique and Silvia Diaz left Argentina in 1987 and spent the next decade turning arid Pyrenees land into 30 acres of vines. The varietals they brought with them — Malbec, Torrontés, Carmenère — remain rare in the region. Three sons now work alongside the founders. The cellar door, designed and built by the family, opened in 1999.
