On Anfield Street in Glenorchy, this volunteer-run museum holds Tasmania's transport history across rail, road and tram exhibits — locomotives, carriages, railcars, wagons, buses and trucks among the restored collection. Train and bus rides run on selected days, and the grounds also house a fire museum. The site can be hired for charters and children's birthdays in the party carriage on Sundays.
