Rupert and Kim have kept bees for fifty years; since 2010 their Swan Valley property has become Perth's only meadery, with complimentary tastings of varieties including the sparkling mead and Rubee Red. The Sticky Spoon Cafe runs brunch through to Devonshire tea and honey ice cream daily. Jarrah honey, beeswax candles, and hive tours round out a genuinely single-subject operation.
