Tam has been cooking for forty years and runs the kitchen, Anna oversees back of house, and their daughter Minh runs the floor. The food pulls from across South East Asia rather than one country, leaning on coriander, ginger, kaffir lime and turmeric, with South Australian producers and wines behind it. The dining room looks out over the water at Marino, so the sunset is part of it. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
