A mother-and-son sweetery at stall 8 of the Adelaide Central Market, billed as the state's only dedicated Turkish delight store and handmaking its range from a traditional family recipe. The confections are naturally coloured and made without gelatine, gluten or dairy, and the following it built at the market has since supported a second shopfront in the East End.
