Thomas Meihofer left Basel for Subiaco over 25 years ago and has been making jewellery on Rokeby Road ever since. His reference points — Art Deco, architecture, European sculpture — show up clearly in the custom pieces made in the on-site workshop. Three Jewellers Association of Australia awards, including Jeweller of the Year in 2008, suggest the reputation is earned.
