Union Bridgeon Franklin

Franklin Street's western fringe holds the city outpost of Union Bridge, the Adelaide Hills brewery and distillery based in Cudlee Creek. The full range — beers, spirits, alcoholic sodas, cocktails — is on at the bar. Tucked within is 1836 Restaurant, a separate dining room running fire-driven modern Australian food Wednesday to Saturday. Good bones, decent pour, no fuss.
