The menu is short, seasonal and produce-led: a clean Margherita, an 'nduja with ricotta and thyme, spanner crab when it's in, charred baby cos and marinated tomatoes alongside, a red pepper chimichurri turning up on the rotation. The pizzas change with what's good.
