Hosts Lynne and John run small, skippered live-aboard sailing holidays aboard the yacht Sydney Sundancer, working as a micro expedition vessel rather than a bareboat. A Long Range Roving Permit from the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority lets them reach restricted spots most charter boats can't, and from mid-June to mid-September the voyages fold in humpback whale watching, using a glass-bottom tender to get guests closer to the reef.
