Baking on Boorowa Street since 1950, when Milty and Olga Wilder opened the doors, this family bakery is now run by a third generation and remains one of Young's defining food addresses. The signature is a cherry pie built on locally grown fruit, fitting for a town that calls itself the Cherry Capital, alongside handmade breads, pastries, cakes and the pies and slices that fill a country bakery counter.
