Topher and Bernadette's wild ale and blending operation shares a Brompton Street taproom — called Village — with Mountain Culture Beer Co. Twenty taps between them: ten Wildflower lines, ten Mountain Culture, five fitted with Czech side-pull taps for lagers. Once a year, both breweries release a joint lambic-tradition beer exposed overnight to Blue Mountains air. Food is snacky; pie orders from next-door Pizza Oltra fill the gap.
