On the headland in the southern section of Wyrrabalong National Park above Bateau Bay, looking along the coast over Shelly Beach, Norah Head, Tuggerah Lake and The Entrance. Between May and August the platform becomes a whale-watching post as whales pass on the northern migration, and hang gliders launch from the point. Picnic tables sit by the car park, and The Coast walking track runs from here — two kilometres north to Bateau Bay Beach, or south towards Forresters Beach.
