A family-run Hobart workshop that has been designing and handcrafting hats since 1995. The makers work across Australian merino and angora wool, Harris Tweed, faux fur and leather, turning out fedoras, caps and structured felt pieces finished by hand rather than mass-produced. There's no permanent shopfront; you'll find Grizzly Hatters trading every Saturday at Hobart's Salamanca Market, at stalls 54 and 55 on the waterfront.
