A small-batch Tasmanian maker of kasundi, chilli oil, tomato sauce and preserves, built on long, slow cooks and local ingredients with no preservatives. Founded in 2022 and already decorated at the Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards, it trades at northern markets and stocks local shelves.
