A West Tamar farm raising grass-fed beef and outdoor-reared pork, then curing them into double-smoked ham, salami, chorizo and twiggy sticks. The smallgoods travel to Harvest Launceston on Saturdays and the Hobart Farm Gate market on Sundays, sold direct by the family who raised the animals.
