Lawrence Kickham built this five-storey roller mill in 1881 and it ground Echuca "Pearl" Baker's Flour for ninety-five years, then stock feed, then two nightclubs. Gavin and Melissa Cole took it on in 2011. Still the tallest building in town: red brick, heavy timber, statement chandeliers, a cocktail lounge set off from the dining room. The building does most of the work. Seasonal sharing plates and a long Australian beer list hold up their end.
