A red-brick estate from the 1870s on the Goulburn Valley Highway, restored by the Old family and looking out over the National Trust-listed Trawool Valley, about ninety minutes from Melbourne on the Great Victorian Rail Trail. Rooms run from the main hotel to two-room Valley suites; meals come from the fine-dining Wild Water, named for the Taungurung word for Trawool, the Herb Garden Pizzeria and the 1870s Granite Bar. It took Victoria's Accommodation of the Year in 2023.
