A village bakery in the Adelaide Hills where naturally fermented sourdough is the whole point, with a rotating shelf of loaves built on grain from the Flinders Ranges. Everyday sourdough sits alongside seeded rye, fig and walnut and ancient grain, baked fresh and sold seven days from the hills hamlet it's named for.
