필 섹스턴이 1997년 콜트레인 앨범의 이름을 따 지은 야라 밸리 와이너리로, 그 감수성을 짐작케 한다. 애플잭과 섹스턴 구획을 포함한 여섯 개의 싱글 빈야드 샤르도네와 피노 누아가 중심이며, 현재 수석 와인메이커 멜 체스터는 와인메이킹을 충분히 투명하게 유지하여 경사지의 차이가 말을 하도록 한다. 2025년 할리데이 올해의 와이너리상 수상은 최근의 그리고 마땅한 영예다.
