The Glasshouse restaurant and cellar door focus on single-vineyard Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay — hand-picked at lower yields. The Pinot is the calling card; the duck pizza and side-by-side single-vineyard tasting flights make a reasonable case for staying longer than planned.
