Alessandro Luppolo stone-grinds single-origin chocolate from a kitchen on Glen Huntly Road in Elsternwick, working beans from Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands through dark and milk bars, house blends and a range of bon bons. He came to it from an international Michelin pastry background, which carries into the corporate and event work, chocolate sculptures and plated desserts to order. The kitchen is open to the public Wednesday to Saturday, midday to six, with the rest sold online.
