Forty years in Orange's cool hills, Bloodwood hand-prunes, hand-picks and hand-makes every bottle on-estate. The solar-powered winery runs on harvested rainwater; organic waste goes back to the source block it came from. The cellar door's dry wit runs as deep as the 2010 Chirac — a sparkling Chardonnay-Pinot Noir disgorged after 150 months on lees.
