David Ellis started BOS on his bush block outside Richmond in 2021 — a home-brewing habit that outgrew itself. The nano-brewery runs on Tasmanian rainwater and renewable power, growing some of its own hops. Each label features an animated hop-flower character named for a grandchild. Small, farm-based, family-run.
