Bernice Dillon planted Bruny Island's first vines with her father in 1998 — a fact that still defines the place. Now Australia's southernmost vineyard, it produces wines and cider that have taken over 50 competition medals. The on-site restaurant runs Thursday to Monday for lunch and Saturday evenings for dinner, led by a father-son kitchen team, classically trained and working with island produce.
