A small rustic-Italian room in the heart of town, this kitchen keeps its focus narrow and does it properly: sourdough-based pizza, handmade pasta and a tiramisu regulars come back for. Everything is made in-house using local produce where possible, cooked simply in the traditional style rather than dressed up. The dining room is intentionally intimate, with tables capped at six and a mix of indoor and alfresco seating, and it is fully licensed for a glass of wine with the meal. Dinner is served Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday from early evening, making it one of the town's dependable sit-down options for a weeknight or weekend meal. It is an independent, owner-run operation, a quiet counterpoint to the pizza chains found closer to the coast.
