A laneway café and bar in central Coffs Harbour, open seven days, that roasts its own coffee under the Dark Arts name. The brew list runs past the house Black Magic blend to single-estate beans poured over and through a syphon, and the kitchen handles breakfast and lunch. The fit-out leans dark and Melbourne-ish, pressed-tin ceiling and mural walls, and the room doubles as a live-music and barista-training space. Roasting is done up the road.
