Two couples — Jacqui, Tim, Maggie, and Deon — started brewing on weekends in 2016 before opening this Brunswick brewpub on Victoria Street five years later. Twenty-six taps pour a rotating lineup built around named characters: The Matriarch NEIPA, The Don barrel-aged imperial stout. Fifty percent female-owned, with a pilot system turning out small-batch experiments alongside the core range. Comedy nights every third Thursday.
