Ian Adam and Libbi Langford left a waste-management business in Port Douglas in 2007, bought a Sellicks Foothills vineyard planted back in 1990, and grew fruit for d'Arenberg before Ian started making the wine himself in 2011. From 13 acres of Shiraz, Grenache and a little Grenache Blanc, the reds are hand-plunged and basket-pressed with minimal additions, all of it grown and made on the estate. You can taste at the McLaren Vale vineyard by appointment.
