Handmade cheese is the draw on Scotsdale Road, north of the Denmark township, where small batches are stirred, cut and aged by hand using fresh milk from nearby Hick's Dairy. The range runs broad for a farmhouse operation, with camembert, brie, cheddar, gouda, havarti, feta, Swiss and a blue among them, and the results have been recognised well beyond the Great Southern. The cheesemakers took Grand Champion and Champion Cheesemaker honours at the 2024 Dairy Industry Association of Australia WA awards, and returned in 2025 as Most Successful Exhibitor with eight gold medals. The cheeseroom sits alongside a small kitchen serving platters and toasties, and the shop is open daily for tastings and takeaway, letting visitors buy the same cheeses that win the medals.
