The LakeHouse Denmark

Garry Capelli and Leanne Rogers bought their 91-acre Shadforth property in 2005, planted vines, and have since built a cellar door, restaurant and condiment label — Vinofood — around the lake that sits at the property's centre. Twenty-two wines across four ranges, open seven days. The setting does most of the talking: a quiet country road, a still lake, a glass of something cold.
