Candice Han and Duncan Shi came from northern China by way of a twenty-seat Launceston cafe, and opened this sixty-seat room in South Launceston in 2023 to cook the food of the north — stronger and hotter than the southern Chinese cooking the city was used to, and built on Tasmanian oysters, seafood and meat. Yum cha, banquets, and a bar pouring Chinese and Tasmanian beer.
