Nigel Santer has been restoring and building timber furniture from his Pinelands workshop since 1995, when he arrived from the UK with little more than a trade and an idea. The work ranges from standard repairs to stranger commissions — furniture retrofitted with lighting and electronics, old forms given new functions. Worth calling if you have a piece that's beaten up but not done.
