Elski is an artisanal ice creamery in Dunsborough inspired by Danish traditions and Italian gelato practice. All products—ice cream, flødeboller, and pastries—are made on-site in small seasonal batches using pure milk, cream, fresh fruit, and natural ingredients with no artificial flavours or synthetic colours. The rotating menu reflects Australian seasonality. A sister venue, Fika, operates Saturday mornings.
