Opposite Muirs Beach on the Coles Bay Esplanade, this small owner-run café and bakery has become the peninsula's daily meeting point. Mornings run on Tasmanian-roasted coffee, breakfast rolls and a counter of freshly baked bread, croissants, pies and pastries; the deck looks straight onto the water. Several evenings a week it shifts gear into a low-key pizza and wine bar, pouring East Coast wines and cocktails and occasionally hosting live music. In a national-park gateway where most food is tied to lodges and holiday rentals, it supplies the independent, bake-on-site anchor that Coles Bay otherwise lacks — equally a stop for a loaf and coffee before the Wineglass Bay walk or a slower dinner after it.
