Robbie Marino's parents came off a boat into Hobart in the mid-1950s. He took over Harbour Lights in 1997 and still runs it, in a waterfront building from the late 1800s. The house dish is the yachtie's scallop pie, Tasmanian scallops in a mild curry under pastry. The cannelloni follows a family recipe. Breakfast through to dinner, and it fills with tourists.
