Microbiologist and photographer Cassy Faux runs three things from one Geeveston shopfront: a small-batch picklery preserving local seasonal produce, a gallery of her own landscape and macro photography, and the Huon Valley's only dedicated tasting house. The wine list runs to more than 100 Tasmanian labels, poured by the glass alongside grazing platters built around the preserves. Seating spreads across an indoor room, a veranda, and an enclosed garden.
