The cellar door occupies an 1850s mining produce store — the building did time as a gold rush supply depot and, later, a cattle yard before the vines took over. Shiraz is the focus: the Slaughterhouse Paddock and The Origin sit at $60 a bottle, the Mail Coach at $36. Ancient Cambrian soils, long history of accidental repurposing.
