Thirty years of farming Daly Farm eventually led to this: small-batch gin, vodka and canned spritzes made with local rainwater and botanicals, sold from a cellar door overlooking Marion Bay. The vodka — rich and buttery, apparently — took gold at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The setting does the rest of the talking.
