Since 1868, the Henschke family has been making wine in the Eden Valley from the same Keyneton base — six generations without changing hands. The private cellar door tastings are appointment-only, structured around single vineyards. Hill of Grace, their Shiraz from 1860s-planted vines, is the reference point, but the portfolio runs across Eden Valley, Barossa Valley and Adelaide Hills.
