Graham and Mary Jones planted their first apple trees on Kangaroo Island in 2004. Now 600-plus trees across 30-odd varieties — Kingston Black, Yarlington Mill, Somerset Red Streak among them — supply a small cider range that includes a barrel-aged Vintage and a méthode traditionnelle Sparkling. The cellar door operates through neighbouring Emu Ridge Eucalyptus on Willsons Road.
