A ramen counter inside the FOMO precinct on William Street, Fremantle, run by the team who first opened as Dosukoi at Fremantle Markets in 2008 before relocating and renaming in 2022. Bowls come with a choice of soy, miso or salt base, topped with sliced pork, prawn dumplings or Japanese fried chicken. Prawn tempura arrives over buckwheat soba. Open Tuesday through Sunday.
