A French bistro on George Street in East Fremantle, opened in 2022 by sommelier Sam Davies and Helen Pow in a heritage building with striped awnings, bentwood chairs and terrace seating. Head chef Oskar Pinter cooks classic French dishes using WA produce, with house-made terrine, foie gras parfait, duck and steak frites, plus a rotating series of regional French dinners. The one-page wine list changes often and leans on French bistro wines and Australian-grown French varietals. Walk-in preferred, with a private room for groups.
