Dom Celestino opened in a Narrabundah shopfront in 2009 and lined the room with 140-year-old handmade French bricks to get the cellar the name promises. Pasta is made in house daily: garganelli rolled by hand, chitarra cut square, orecchiette pressed one ear at a time. Confit duck agnolotti has held its place since opening night. Two sittings on Friday and Saturday.
