Christoph Zierholz has been brewing German-inspired beers from a Fyshwick microbrewery since 2005, making German Ale, Pilsner and seasonal releases. The brewery itself opens for order collection only — the public-facing taproom runs as a rotating pop-up bar in Canberra parks Friday to Sunday afternoons, schedule posted weekly. Brewery tours and Meet the Brewer sessions bookable for groups. Beer also poured at stockists across Canberra.
