Two mates from Lancefield started talking over a beer. The building they eventually chose has history: a flour mill converted to a brewery by one Henry Lindsay in 1888, gutted by fire ten years later, dormant ever since. Today it pours again — award-winning lagers and ales, food, an hour from Melbourne and a short drive from Hanging Rock.
