Peter and Eleni Markeas planted their first Shiraz vines in Renmark in 1969. Now son Jim makes the wine and son Arthur runs the business, working across three separate vineyards chosen for distinct soil types. The Shiraz still draws on those original 1969 plantings. All grapes are estate-grown; all wine is made on site.
