A Norse-themed dining room in Redfern built as a modern reading of Valhalla's feasting halls, where a meat-forward menu runs to roast bone marrow, tomahawk steak and whole grilled trout. The whisky collection is extensive, cocktails arrive in drinking horns, and Odinic iconography is carved into shields, axes and handmade knives presented in a leather roll. Feasting menus serve groups of eight or more; the walk-in bar opens from 5pm, Wednesday to Sunday.
