A family operation in Forcett, two generations deep. Rex and Annette Burdon's small-batch range runs from a triple-grain whisky aged in French oak to an oaked gin and, most recently, a limited 50-bottle single malt from ex-bourbon casks at 45% abv. The name traces to Rex's great-great-grandfather. The spirits carry that kind of weight.
