Nordic Edge sits in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches, founded by bladesmith Bjorn Jacobsen as both a supply house for knifemakers and a working forge. Its day-long chef-knife workshops are hands-on: participants light the fire, forge a blade and go home with a knife of their own making.
